Refund policy
Pop-up programs are special events and are not eligible for refunds or make-ups. Make-ups apply only to regular classes.
Class Program Makeups & Refund Policy
At Little Hikers Long Island, we understand that life with young children can be unpredictable. If your child needs to miss a class due to illness or unexpected circumstances, families are welcome to attend a makeup class on another day when space is available. Our goal is for every child to have the opportunity to enjoy the full Little Hikers experience.
Little Hikers is a fully outdoor program. If weather conditions are unsafe (please refer to our weather policy) the class will be rescheduled to another date, and families will be notified promptly. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, please reach out and we will do our best to move you to another available class.
If I ever need to reschedule a class due to illness or a family emergency, families will be notified by email and the class will be rescheduled accordingly.
If you accidentally register for the wrong date or need to adjust your plans, please contact me within 24 hours of booking, and I will happily help update or cancel your registration.
Because park permits must be reserved and paid for in advance for each participant and class sizes are limited, registrations are non-refundable once permits for your spot have been secured. However, I will always do my best to help families move to another class whenever possible.

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on merchandise. To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn or unused
In original packaging
Have tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email info@littlehikerslongisland.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Programs (all program sign-ups are final)
Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved), and place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact info@littlehikerslongisland.com.
